Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is marked as delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at Drake@NelFinco.com with your order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item shows signs of use.
- The item is not returned in original condition.
- The item is returned damaged due to improper packaging.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.
Lifetime Warranty
Horn Hook products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects and failure under normal intended use.
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or abuse
- Modifications to the product
- Damage caused by external forces or accidents
If a product fails under normal use, we will replace the defective component at our discretion.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of:
- The damaged product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
